Important Information
As a courtesy to other patients, we kindly ask for at least 2 business days’ notice if you need to reschedule your appointment.
We want to make your care as simple and affordable as possible. We file claims directly with your provider, accept cash / checks / major credit cards, and partner with Lending Club and CareCredit for flexible payment plans.
