Welcome to the Cornerstone Dental Patient Portal.
Accessing the portal for new patients is easy. Simply call our office to schedule an appointment and we will send you an invitation. Once we have setup a login and password you will be able to visit this web page and do the following:
- Look at your future and past appointments
- Review your statements. You can print off and send in a check. In the future, you will be able to make payments electronically.
- Update your medical and dental history, as well as your patient information.
Of course for established patients that have already signed up, you can login below to utilize any of the above options.
