Biography

Born and raised in Knoxville as the oldest of three siblings, Dr. Kimrey has been connected to Cornerstone Dental Arts since its founding in 1988—first as a patient and now as a valued member of the team. He attended Cedar Bluff schools before graduating from Webb School of Knoxville, where he played football all four years and served as Varsity captain, and spent his teenage and college years working for his father’s microwave engineering firm. Today, Dr. Kimrey focuses on transforming smiles through general dentistry and orthodontics, including traditional braces and Invisalign, collaborating closely with his partner dentists to ensure treatment not only enhances aesthetics but also extends the life of restorative dentistry and improves the overall function of his patients’ teeth.

Dr. Kimrey

Dr. Kimrey and his wife, Rachel—high school sweethearts who married soon after graduating from Clemson—share a love for family, faith, and sports. Rachel teaches in the Knox County Schools, and together they are raising their two children, Luke and Livie, along with their energetic boxers, Kiki and Thor. The Kimreys enjoy cheering on both the Tennessee Vols and Clemson Tigers and are active members of Cedar Springs Presbyterian Church.
